How can you convert clip on earring into real earrings?
I bought a jewellary set off ebay for my wedding and i found out the earrings were clip on. They are beautiful and i really want to wear them its just because they are clip on theres a big extra bit hanging off the back and it looks really out of place. Please help!
I converted a couple of old pairs of earrings from clip to post, but they weren’t valuable jewellry. I removed the clip (in one case I had to break it off) and glued the post to the back. They work fine but it would be a shame to do this to a real nice pair; it might reduce their value. If you simply can’t be seen in clips and the jewellry is worth it, take it to a jeweler and ask if they can make the conversion for you.
