I don’t know if my Chanel earrings are authentic!!!?

I recently purchased a pair of Chanel earrings from a Chanel boutique . They’re not the Swarovski crystal ones, it is just a plain silver ” )( ” logo earrings. However, I was suprised to find out that there wasn’t a chanel brand on the back, OR a certificate of authenticity. My question is: is every Chanel earrings purchased supposed to have one?

If you bought them from the boutique they are obviously authentic. I don’t think any of their jewelry has a certificate with them, they usually just come in the box.
As far as the brand goes, there is usually an oval stamp with Chanel on it on the back. You may have just missed it?
