I have black rubber stain on my car, anyone know how to remove it?

A while back I bumped into a car that had a black rubber bumper and it looks ugly on my car. I was wondering if anyone knows of a good product that I can buy.

turtle wax has a polishing compond just use that its cheap like 3 bucks and it will take off the black spot. its white and green…do not buy the red one because thats to harsh…very simple put some of that on a rag rub in a circle over the spot then wait like two minutes till you see it get whitish and dry. now rub off and it should be gone if it isnt just reapeat this process. 1 time should do it but depens it might just need two.
