Limestone is calcareous sedimentary rocks formed at the bottom of lakes and seas with the accumulation of shells, bones and other calcium rich goods. It is composed of calcite (CaCO3). Limestone often contains variable amounts of silica or siliceous skeletal fragment, as well as varying amounts of clay, silt and sand sized terrestrial detritus carried in by rivers.

magic shell topping on frosting?

Hello, ok so im going to be akign this cupckes with homemade butter, powdered sugar frosting. After ther frosted I wanted to dip them in MagicShell cocolat so it will harden and be somewhat like an icecream cone. My question is, will it harden even if the frosting isnt cold? will it stay hardened overnight? Thanks!

No, I think you would have a mess on your hands. Think of what the magic shell is like before it gets onto the cold ice cream …it is liquid in the bottle at room temp, just like your cupcakes would be. You can melt chocolate chips (add a little oil to get it slightly thinner) then it would harden when cooled. The issue there is if you put hot chocolate (melted) onto frosting, it will cause the frosting to loose it’s structure most likely. I would think about taking a chocolate candy (perhaps a little chocolate disk with the white sprinkles on it you can get in the candy dept at the store) and adding it to the top if you want chocolate on them.
