Does it mention that in the bible, or just it just say tablets of stone?
I just heard it on TV, and that stone is from around the area where all that happened.

I used to read the Bible as a child and I can’t remember it being mentioned that they were written on Lapis Lazuli. But having said that, in the Bible I think it meant more that the Ten Commandments were written by the hand of God for his people to see, rather than what they were written on – so even if they were written on Lapis Lazuli, I don’t think it would’ve mattered to them, therefore I don’t think it would’ve been emphasized in the good book. If that makes sense lol
