SEE THIS: i was trying to do this by general method: if there r n things to be arranged out of which a are of 1type & b are of another type, then arrangements=(n!)/(a!*b!) Now since its a necklace and clockwise, anti-clk doesnt matter so, it should be 1/2[(12-1)!/(10!*2!)]. BUT, If i do by logic, it comes out to be 6ways. So 1st method is wrong, but why?
1)We have to use all the beads.

by logic, i gather the 1st is both pendants are side by side, and you put beads 1 by 1 till half the beads are on both sides.
