Is there caffeine in Crystal Lite? Something else to keep me awake?

Recently I started drinking Crystal Lite (pink lemonade) and find now that I have a hard time sleeping. There is no caffeine listed in the ingredients, and I just can’t figure it out. Has anyone else had similar experiences? Any idea what ingredient could be causing this? Thanks for your ideas and help!

The artificial sweetener can be irritating to some people. You might be particularly sensitive to it. Just switch to plain water or unsweetened tea if you can. Artificial sweetener is terrible to your body. Even splenda.
