does anyone have any idea of how much gold content would be in 8 or 9 10k -12k average size rings?

I bought a house and I need to make some repairs. I have rings that I had received over the years before I got married. They all have small genuine stones but I know that selling at a pawn shop is not worth it because they don’t give squat for anything.
