Sounds lovely. I on the other hand dont think you should over play the “beach” part of the wedding. What exactly did you have in mind for the decorations, so i can further understand your idea?

I would play up the starry part with the candles and what not everywhere. Maybe ” Starry Night by the Water” The lights idea sounds beautiful as well. Have you seen the room and where you will be having it in person? that way you will be able to get more of an Idea of what you can do with the room. Also, Mirriors will look beautiful.

Another Idea would be taking a Silk looking fabric in one of your colors and draping it across the ceiling.
