Men tend to like heavier chains while women often like a chain that’s a lighter weight unless it’s a choker or collar style, which needs to have more impact.

Thinking of buying a new snake?
I love the snake (albino cali king, banded) and it’s personality (so docile and friendly… likes everyone). The only catch is that it has a little cut on top of it’s nose that the pet store (local pet store… not a chain) says is from trying to escape and pushing against the top of the tank. Could there be other reasons for this very tiny injury? The snake is a Christmas present for someone else, but I want to take it home asap and make sure it’s healthy before giving it to someone else. What do you think?
This sounds like nose rub. Snakes will rub their nose off attempting to escape-yet one more reason NOT to keep snakes in aquariums with removable tops!
If the injury is minor, it should go away after a couple of sheds, but if it is serious, the damage will remain. It will appear whitish, rather than the snakes normal color.
