How do you measure the size of the stone in a ring?
Are the stones in rings measured by the circumference or by the diameter. I just ordered a ring online that said the stone is 10mm. I just wanted to make sure it wasn’t circumference, because that would be small. I don’t know if there is a standard measuring system in place for this sort of thing. Thanks!
they are all measured in diameter. I have NEVER heard of a gemstone being measured in circumference.
