They don’t sell half sizes, and a shop I went to said they can’t weld a strip around the inside to make it smaller, because of the titanium.

I am sorry, but your wedding band can not be sized–what they may be able to do however, is weld sizing beads inside the band to make it smaller–these beads would be made of white gold and would not match your band though. The other option would be a sizing bar, this would also be made of white gold, but atlead you would be able to keep the band!
