The Different Types of Birthstone Pendants

I want to know if people will stare at it if I wore it. Its 143 carots its blue topaz, rectangle shape and it has tiny white diamonds at the corners. its set in thick (but not to thick) white gold and the bale is big covered in tiny white diamonds. does it sound pretty? When should I wear it, I guess only on special occasions? thanks for the info
