Did you ever wonder how to have a positive attitude even if you were in a not so good situation? Many of us wonder how some can keep their cool when the situation is dire. But there is a far easier way to change your outlook on life. You can use an affirmations CD which contains many affirmations which you listen to over and over again and again. The great thing about these affirmations is that you don’t even hear them; they are embedded into the music so the human ear can pick them up. So you may think it strange that if you can’t hear these affirmations how can they work? They work because they are subliminal messages so your subconscious picks them up. The great thing about this form of learning is that there is no effort on your behalf.

If you listen to them for long enough, they’ll change your behaviour in the long run. If you take your time and start listening to a positive thinking CD twice a day, it can have a dramatic effect on your outlook and you’ll notice it after only a few days. Changing negative thoughts to positive thoughts is not too hard if you have the right tools to begin with.

how do you put a tunnel/gauge ear tunnel?

Hey guys im a 6mm tunnel in my ear. Today i bought a 6mm one but its larger on either end and doesnt unscrew and the centre is 6mm… but obviously cause its bigger on the ends how do i get it in?

Well obviously the tunnels are winged at the ends so they are a bit larger. How long have you been at a 6? if it hasn’t been for too long of a time then your ears are most likely still healing and you will have trouble getting it through. One thing to remember is to never force it. Having the tunnels in your ear will not be worth it if your ears are itchy and moist from trying to heal again. Tunnels are hard to get in if you’re at a smaller gauge– usually tunnels work better if your at a 0-00 gauge. I was recently at a 4mm gauge and I slid the tapers right through my ears, figuring the tunnels would go through. They didn’t. You just need to wait for your ears to heal (about 3-4 weeks) before attempting to go larger. If you have had 6mm in for some time then I suggest using an oil of some Vaseline to help the process along– coat your earhole and the gauge in either one and see if it helps any. If it doesn’t please PLEASE don’t force it just wait it out and give up on the tunnels, its not worth the infection.
